NOTICE: "ChicagoBillboards.com" is a Illinois Joint Venture between Impact Outdoor, LLC; BRT Outdoor, LLC; and Community Digital Outdoor, LLC formed for the limited purpose of jointly marketing billboards owned by any of the foregoing companies for advertisements placed by third-party businesses, and for invoicing and collection. It is the specific intent of the Parties that the scope of the Joint Venture shall extend only to those services performed in the name of the Joint Venture. The scope of the Joint Venture does not include any contracts entered and/or services performed, including those relating to billboards and other outdoor marketing, individually by Impact Outdoor, BRT Outdoor, or Community Digital Outdoor.
